HET HRS Configuration Check

This script allows the user to determine if a particular HRS configuration is valid. The script will output errors, warnings and notes, if any. The errors imply that the configuration is not valid and something needs to be changed. Warnings imply that something differs from the desired value and needs to be double checked. Notes are simply information that the user may find useful.
