Target Submission Language (TSL)
ATTENTION: Use only US-ASCII endcoding for TSL submission files
NOTE: starting in 19-1, if you do not specify PMRA/PMDEC, we will automatically query the GAIA catalog and assign a best-guess proper motion to your source based on its position.
TSL is a simpler, more capable language for submitting targets to HET.

Full Release - Beginning 2016 TSL target lists can be verified and submitted easily through the HETqueue interface.
