Problem Reports
PR NumberTimesTime LostDescriptionResponse
460407:15-07:2100:06Legacy server and tcs server crashed for no known reason. Lines from verbose are in the PR.Restarted all servers and Gui and continued.
455707:31-07:4400:13While on trajectory and guiding I got an H2 and H5 velocity fault error. See pr for details. In control desk I did a 'Stop' and 'Enable' then cleared the HFC fault. Restarted servers and Gui, then resent the trajectory.
450107:44-11:0003:16After Recovering from the velocity faults on the next trajectory we got more errors. We then got a skew and Trq limit sensor fault. MSG's in PR.Called: Jim

Per the Daily report instructions I called Jim since the tracker was in a skewed state and the hardware limit switch was activated. It was decided that there was not much productive engineering or science that would be done so we were finished for the evening. Jim told me to leave the gui, controldesk and the servers up and said it was ok to stow the structure.

TO CommentsCloudy at the beginning of the night. Had a string of faults at the end of the night and had to call it. Tracker left in skewed state for day staff to recover it given the limited time left in the evening.
