Problem Reports
PR NumberTimesTime LostDescriptionResponse
407600:42-00:46, 08:15 - 08:1800:07TMCS failed to acquire trajectory on first attempted track of the night. TMCS failed to acquire trajectory after restack.
428901:38-01:4800:1027400: Track aborted with HFC fault. Following Error code displayed 30, which according to the error codes indicates a following error on UX, LX, Y, and Rho. Y, LX track prof lights were orange instead of green until fault was cleared.
429001:49-01:5300:04After problem 4289 Master Fault light should have been red when it was green. On Tracker Operations/Tracker Monitor panels in ControlDesk, Master Fault light was green even though there was a fault in TCS Fault Processing mode. Overriding HFC fault, resetting Rpt Card and Master faults, resetting HFC fault and clearing the override were all necessary to clear persistent HFC fault even though Master Fault light was green.
429100:47-01:1800:31Consistent extreme badminton birdie images when using Go Next for targets sent from HTOP, even ones using equinox 2000 coordinates. Inputting next RA/Dec/Az manually, loading target and then hitting Go Next works fine. The bad behavior led me to believe that dSpace and the servo cabinets required powering off/on, but the problem persisted afterward. Entering all targets manually produced no more problems along this line.
429213:00-13:0000:00Did not turn on AHUs in morning because of AHU-02 SF Failure Alarm. Was not sure that it was safe.

Ops Commentsnone

TO CommentsClear, moderate winds with steady temperatures until near EON.

RA CommentsHad some difficulty with guide probe commissioning at the start of the night. Took more star motion in the guide probes away from the cardinal directions. Also took closed dome spider tests and ACQ, guide probe cofocal tests.
