416800:40-03:1002:30Hefi not visible in frame, cannot find it. Homed in X and Y still not able to find the light. Called: Herman

He came up and climbed the tower, found that X was out of the stage so he put it back in and we finally saw some light on the monitor.
416904:15-04:2700:12Accidentally shut down SCS system. The Restart SCS option under the launcher did not restart the system. Called: Mike

ssh into scs computer. go to directory /opt/het/bin/SCS then run command ./Start_SCS
417008:05-08:0500:00Many -384 errors usually large number of errors all in the same group with same sensor number on different segments. Did not seem to hinder operation but it still is concerning perhaps.
417109:27-09:5800:31After being on satellite. We aborted the trajectory a few times then went to a star. The telescope did not track the star and we only saw streaks in the ACQ. During this both the structure and the tracker were moving at the same time at the start of the slew. Tried to reload the trajectory which caused tcs_server to hang at ~200%. Did a killall -6 tcs_server on htcs and restarted everything. After this we were able to get the correct trajectory.
417209:58-09:5800:00After recovery from PR 4171 the star of interest had a streak in the ACQ camera but was not saturating (saved a couple of these frames information is included in the RA Report for these images). We saw a similar streak earlier in the evening as well.
