| 4204 | 02:20-02:35 | 00:15 | CWFS camera still giving offline error. Randy fixed it from home but states that there is still work to be done on this topic (odd shutting down and starting issues). | Called Randy to work on this issue. Randy worked his magic and things seem to be working at the moment. |
| 4205 | 08:05-08:25 | 00:20 | Nossy went down, Jim was still here and was able to fix it for us (was an expired certificate issue per Jim). Thanks Jim! | |
| 4206 | 00:49-00:49 | 00:00 | Mouse on KVM stopped working... Don't know why. Tried to unplug and plug it back in which allowed it to be moved but then it was clicking on things during movement on its own. Used the vnc and rdesktop tabs for the night. Leo called and told me if I had time I could try to restart the KVM downstairs in the uer or check the mouse on the KVM monitor downstairs. I went down and checked to see mouse movement down there and the mouse was worked fine. The mouse in the control room is moving but also clicking things when just trying to move it (clicking on things and moving sporadically across the screen even when not clicking mouse buttons). Decided to leave it alone and just use the vnc and rdesktop for stratus and wave. | Called: Chevo
Try to unplug it and replug it in. Also check interconnect under desk. If that doesnt work use vnc and rdesktop. |
| 4135 | 05:18-08:05 | 02:47 | HFC fault while on GOES 14 track. Velocity fault that will not clear. In the Prof column of bubbles in the tracker operations window there is one lit a little different from the others (see screen shot). Velocity error code 992 quickly flashed. Also see a Rack fault in Eng. Mode.
Jim and George came up and replaced the H6 amplifier with one out of the rack in the storage unit. We should be back in business. Thanks George and Jim! | Called: Jim, George
Jim walked me through resetting the faults. We got everything reset but there was still a warning light on H6. Went downstairs to the LER and read the code to jim (code:n05 supply phase). He then told me to call George since the amplifier may be bad since we may have blown fuses. George said he would be up shortly to take a look at it. |
